An Exercise Management Regulation for Twenty-Third Air Force.
Abstract
The 23 AF was formed on 1 Mar 83 to consolidate AF special operations and combat rescue forces under a single command. Since its formation. 23 AF has not published exercise management guidance even though its forces are heavily involved in a worldwide exercise program. This report explains why 23 AF needs an exercise management regulation and includes a draft regulation which would benefit 23 AF exercise planners, if adopted. (Author)
