Abstract

The dam is a 1100 ft. long earthfill dam with a maximum height of 17 ft. It is small in size with a significant hazard potential. The test flood is equal to the PMF. The dam is in poor condition. There are several areas of concern which must be corrected to assure the long term performance of the dam. (Author)
