Abstract

The dam is a stone wall embankment with an uncontrolled concrete gravity spillway. The dam is about 140 ft. long with a height of 7 1/2 ft. The dam is assessed to be in poor condition. The dam is classified as being small with a significant hazard potential. The test flood for the dam is 1/2 the PMF. There are various remedial measures which should be implemented by the owner.
