Abstract
The dam is a zoned earth dam with a maximum height of 109 ft. and is about 3200 ft. long. The dam is considered to be in good condition. However, there are several items of concern that should be addressed to assure the long term performance of the dam. The test flood for the dam is full PMF. There are various recommendations and remedial measures which should be implemented by the owner.
