Using the online system, you can manipulate the database through commands that perform a variety of functions, including correlation analysis, statistical tables, and plots. The off-line (batch-type) programs, can convert data from magnetic tape format to online database formats and vice versa. Keywords: Urban planning; Fargo(North Dakota), Moorhead(Minnesota).
