Abstract

The Fargo-Moorhead Urban Study is a cooperative Federal, State and local planning effort aimed at developing viable solutions to water and related land resource problems, needs and concerns for 1980-2030. The summary report contains a brief, non-technical overview. Readers desiring additional detailed information should review the appropriate technical appendixes. The objective of this study was to develop water demand projections for the Fargo-Moorhead area for the planning period 1980-2030.
