Missile Systems Analyst Career Ladder, AFSC 411X0A (Formerly 316X0G).

Abstract

This occupational survey examines the G shred of the Missile Systems Analyst career ladder, including AFSCs 31630g, 31650G, and 31670G. Because the last occupational survey (published in June 1978) combined 316XOG and 316X2G/H tasks, the current survey was requested by the Training Manager at Chanute Technical Training Center to identify tasks actually being performed by 316X0G personnel. This information will be used to assist in future technical course revisions. In addition, this report will provide information concerning personnel utilization, job structure, and impact on classification.
