On the Angle for Stationary Random Fields.

Abstract

The angle between past and future for stationary random fields on the lattice points of the plane is defined and it is shown that in contrast with other problems related to the past of random fields the positivity of the angle between past and future is independent of different pasts which have been considered. Most of the known facts concerning the angle for stochastic processes have been extended to the case of random fields. Additional keywords: random variables; Hilbert space; Operators(Mathematics).
