NUSC Technical Publications Guide.

Abstract

This guide is a basic reference for the preparation and processing of technical reports, documents, manuals, memoranda, journal articles, brochures, and pamphlets at the Naval Underwater Systems Center, It has two main purposes: (1) to establish common standards of communicating technical information at the Center and (2) to promote a common understanding among author, editor, and reviewer of the requirements and responsibilities that each type of technical publication imposes. In addition to discussing the preparation and processing of technical publications, the Guide offers techniques and devices to aid an author.
