Extended Area Exit Pupil Viewer.

Abstract

This report describes the process of designing and building a prototype Extended Area Exit Pupil viewer. This system will enable comfortable viewing of a projected stereo image. It works by enlarging the microscope's exit pupil, thus allowing head movement while maintaining stereo separation of the images.
