Use of a Software Development and Support Environment as Government- Furnished Equipment (GFE)

Abstract

The study defines an integrated automated software development and environment, and identifies tools and methods which are currently available and what needs to be developed to build this environment. The study also defines the pros and cons of developing a standard environment and discusses its possible use as Government-Furnished Equipment.
