Abstract
Recent years have witnessed the development of powerful experimental techniques that have allowed the observation of finer details of molecular spectra with a resolution not conceived as possible even in the recent past. Therefore, in interpreting the laboratory data it has become necessary to re-examine the theory. Document provides abstracts of all 275 papers presented at the symposia.
