Manufacturing Methods and Technology (MANTECH) Program: Production of Infrared Detectors.

Abstract

The execution of a pilot run of 86 interdigitated Indium Arsenide detectors at a production rate of 60 detectors per 40-hour week is described. Summaries of yields attained and labor required are presented and statistics of the measured performance date of the 25 detectors selected as pilot run samples are provided.
