Two-Dimensional Helmholtz Flow about a Flat Plate and Related Shapes.

Abstract

Various configurations of two-dimensional Helmholtz flow about a flat plate are obtained with a free streamline theory using the flow inside a semi-circular disc; The flow can cary continuously from fully-attached Joukowski flow to the commonly-known fully-separated Helmholtz flow.
