Abstract

On December 9, 1918 a Board of U.S. Army officers, chaired by BG andrew Hero, Jr., was convened to study the experiences learned by the Artillery branch during WWI, while serving with the AEF. Their recommendations were issued in the form of a report during 1919. The study proposed the future organization and materiel to be used by the branch. Copy has been reproduced from the typed or handwritten original.
