Abstract

Joint State/Federal environmental impact document concerning a regulatory permit application by Marathon U.S. Realties, Inc., under Section 10 of the River and Harbor Act of 1899 and Section 404 of the Clean Water Act. The proposed project involves a non-water oriented industrial/business development with public utilities, and habitat improvements of public lands. Land Use, Vegetation and Wildlife, Soils, Topography, Geology, and Seismicity, Water Quality and Storm Runoff, Traffic/Circulation, Air Quality, Noise, Public Services and Utilities, Socioeconomics, Cultural Resources are studied.
