Traffic Alert and Collision Avoidance System Signal Environmental Model (TCAS SEM) Programmer's Reference Manual

Abstract

A Traffic Alert and Collision System Signal Environment Model (TCAS SEM) was developed to predict the time-averaged TCAS I and minimum signal rates in a user-selected air traffic deployment. This document describes the TCAS SEM. Included are descriptions of the modeled systems, the data-storage and retrieval subsystems for engineering data, and the software structures of all component subsystems.
