A Prototype Database Management for the Budgeting System of the Department of Defense and Security of the Republic of Indonesia.

Abstract

The management in the Department of Defense and Security of the Republic of Indonesia (DODS) needs relevant, up-to-date information in query type processing to manage the Budgeting System in the DODS. The budget planning cycle and the budget management cycle are presented briefly in order to define the system requirement for the budgeting system in the DODS. Based on that requirement the discussion of the data management system includes the general structure of data, the impact of the data base development to the DODS management, and a cost benefit analysis concept.
