Abstract
This report is the Proceedings of the 1982 Item Response Theory and Computerized Adaptive Testing Conference held July 27-30, 1982 at the Spring Hill Conference in Wayzata, Minnesota. These Proceedings include all papers presented at the conference and discussions of these papers by the scheduled discussants.
