The Photoelectrochemical Properties of MoS sub 2 Single Crystals Grown in the Presence of Cobalt.
Abstract
Molybdenum Disulfide single crystals have been grown in the presence of cobalt. Photoresponse has been measured and compared with that from undoped MoS2. The results are consistent with the segregation of cobalt on the surface edges of the doped crystals.
