Abstract
This report, the first of three annual reports, documents the results of comprehensive water quality studies at Richard B. Russell and Clarks Hill Lakes, Georgia-South Carolina. The objectives of the studies were to document water quality conditions in each lake before, during, and following the impoundment of Richard B. Russell Lake and to evaluate the effectiveness of an oxygenation system installed in Richard B. Russell Lake. (Author)
