The Economic analysis Package (ECONPACK) Program is an interactive computer system which assists the Department of Defense in the preparation of life Cycle Costs Analysis Reports, in support of funding requests for construction programs as well as many other types of programs. In accordance with AR 11-28 'Economic Analysis and Program Evaluation for Resource Management.'
