Abstract

Company Level Duties and Responsibilities, Volume 2 of the Leadership Handbook for the Armor Officer, provides a guideline for many of the administrative actions and details that comprise a significant portion of the Leader's time. Setting standards and goals in Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) should be formalized in the area of responsibilities held by any officer. This volume provides guidelines for many of the situations that are common but are not directive and local SOPs' should be followed in accordance with Army and Command regulations. Protocol, Etiquette and Service Customs are listed for many of the areas of Army Life that should help to avoid possible problem areas. Coverage includes Checklists, Additional Duties and other areas that may be assigned or that an individual should be know the fundamentals of position responsibility to increase professional knowledge and increase unit combat readiness and mission performance.
