Dynamic Production Scheduling in Computer-Aided Fabrication of Integrated Circuits,

Abstract

The scheduling of a VLSI manufacturing facility is being studied using QMIT's new Integrated Circuits Laboratory (ICL) as a testbed. This paper describes the facility, outlines the scheduling methodology that is under investigation and presents the design of the initial preliminary scheduling system. (Author)
