Department of the Navy Justification of Estimates for Fiscal Year 1987 Submitted to Congress February 1986. Coastal Defense Augmentation.

Abstract

This volume contains justification material supporting the President's fiscal year 1987 budget presentation to Congress. This appropriation will provide the Coast Guard with mission essential vessels, aircraft and equipment procurred by the Department of the Navy, as determined by the Commandant of the Coast Guard. Detailed justification of specific equipment items to be procurred is included in the Department of Transportation's budget for Coast Guard activities.
