A Guide for Cadet Squadron Duties United States Air Force Academy, 1986- 1987.

Abstract

This handbook provides responsibilities, procedures, pitfalls, and ideas to United States Air Force Academy cadets to get them started quickly and correctly when they assume significant squadron duties. Expanding on basic job descriptions, it concentrates on how to perform squadron duties during the first month on the job. The handbook is developed in thirteen chapters covering 1) an introduction, 2) line and staff positions, 3) squadron commander, 4) operations officer, 5) assistant operations officers, 6) flight standardization/evaluation officer, 7) athletic officer, 8) resources officer, 9) training officer, 10) assistant training officer, 11) flight commander, 12) element leaders, and 13) a conclusion.
