Abstract

This report discusses the design of a two-node, color Video-Tele- conferencing System for the U.S. Navy and its installation at sites in Suitland, Maryland, and Pearl Harbor. It details the development of the audio, video, and fast-facsimile parts of the system; integration of the system into the communications network; design of a teleconference room; and installation of the system.
