Abstract

This plan provides guidelines for the underwater inspection of three fleet moorings operated and maintained by the Naval Submarine Support Base, Kings Bay, Georgia. This inspection is scheduled to take place in early April 1983. CHESNAVFACENGCOM has designated an Engineer-in-Charge (EIC) to provide on site technical guidance to Underwater Construction Team One (UCT 1) divers who will actually perform the underwater portion of the inspection and collect the data specified in paragraph 4.0. In addition, the EIC will prepare the post inspection report which will include the results of the inspection and recommendations for required maintenance actions.
