Development of Guidelines for Revising Training Program Deficiencies in Air Defense Training

Abstract

The development of a User's Guide for Revising Training Program Deficiencies for Army Air Defense Training is described. The guidelines were designed to complement the Training Effectiveness Evaluation (TEE) methodology which was developed during the first year of this research effort. The report consists of a description of the TEE system and of the literature in training program evaluation which was used as a baseline for this project.
