Ad Hoc Subgroup on Nondevelopmental C(3)I Items 1984/1985.

Abstract

This report addresses the findings and recommendations of the Army Science Board Ad Hoc Subgroup on Nondevelopment C3I items. The study provides a risk classification cube which allows users to identify where potential NDI efforts will fall. Other recommendations identify the criticality of market surveys, revising NDI in the current acquisition process, testing, logistics issues, software issues and impediments to NDI acquisitions.
