Auditory Localization: An Annotated Bibliography

Abstract

This bibliography pertains specifically to the relationships between human auditory localization ability and properties of hearing protection devices. To generate the citations in this bibliography, searches were conducted in the library facilities of The Florida State University (Tallahassee), The University of Florida (Gainesville) and the Scientific Information Center at the U.S. Army Aeromedical Research Lagoratory (Ft. Rucker). In addition, the following information retrieval systems were also searched: Biological Abstracts and Bioresearch Index, Biosis, Dissertation Abstracts, Defense Technical Information Center, Medlars; Medline; National Technical Information Service; Psychological abstracts, Scientific and Technical Aerospace Reports, Scisearch, Smithsonian Scientific Information Exchange.
