Spectral Analysis for Radar Using Linear Predictive Filtering

Abstract

The main ideas underlying the use of linear predictive filtering as a spectrum analysis tool are developed in this paper. Following this, detection and resolution performance of the method compared with that of the DFT are examined by the presentation of the results of a Monte Carlo experimentation.
