The Air Force Executive's Guide on Stress: The Causes, Consequences, and Coping Strategies.

Abstract

This handbook is designed to enable officers and senior NCOs to better cope with stress. Stress, its causes, and its consequences are described in the first four chapters. The remaining chapters explain important methods of coping with stress. Nutrition, aerobic exercise, relaxation, stress or management, and personal strategies (such as monitoring your heart and changing your behavior) are the methods described. Both the importance of and the implementing procedures for these methods are described.
