Abstract

The purpose of the meeting was to provide a forum for people working in the different areas of ultrafast electronics and optoelectronics and sharing a common interest in the understanding and improvements of the electronic properties of semiconductors and superconductors, the physics of ultrafast devices, their applications and methods of measurements.
