A Guide to the Estimation of the Hazard Presented by Chemicals in Human Milk.

Abstract

This report is written in response to requests from the field for assistance in determining the risk presented by potential contamination of breast milk by the industrial environment. It includes a method for estimating the likelihood of contamination of breast milk by a given chemical and delineates a method for sampling breast milk if the estimating procedure indicates that a significant risk may exist.
