Abstract

An examination of the technology transfer process as it relates to contemporary management practice. The objective is to acquaint the reader with the concept of technology transfer and the mechanism of information flow within business organization. Includes an in-depth analysis of the predictive model of technology transfer with an amphasis on the interrelationship between management and the factors effecting information flow. (Author)
