Smarter Contracting for Installation Services.

Abstract

This report discusses the benefits and applicability of Firm Fixed-Price, Fixed-Price Award Fee, Cost Plus Award Fee and Hybrid contracts for use in installation support service contracts. Impacts on the Commercial Activities and Small Business programs are discussed. Recommendations for specific actions to improve installation support contracts are presented.
