Collection of Ions in the Stratosphere.

Abstract

The processes involved in sampling of ions in the stratosphere have been examined and ranked in order of importance. Several typical calculations related to collection of ions in the stratosphere have been made. In this procedure, difficulties that may arise in solving such problems have been pointed out. The overall program, if continued, would be strengthened by further theoretical support along the lines initiated here.
