Honduras Defense Policy.

Abstract

This paper examines the historical background of the Honduran history, its society, the military institution, its political institutions and its impact on the relation between politicians and the military. Furthermore, it analyzes the existing geopolitical conditions of Honduras in the Central American region and US support. It's intended to formulate Honduras Defense Policy giving conclusions that can be considered as possible strategy for the political military, economic and social sectors. (Author)
