Research on Mercury Cadmium Telluride.

Abstract

This report summarizes work done during the first year of the program. Progress on the proposed tasks is described, together with a review of accomplishments. These include the design of a new epitaxial reactor, the growth of high quality CdTe and HgCdTe on both GaAs and CdTe substrates, and the development of a comprehensive theory for the growth of CdTe in OMCVD systems.
