SCR Module Implementation Document Guidelines.
Abstract
This memorandum describes the Module Implementation Document that will be produced for each module of the SCR system. The implementation documentation will facilitate verifying the correctness of the code and aid anyone who must modify the program. It should document what the designer had in the back of his mind so that the reader need not rediscover it by puzzling over the code. It should not document things that are obvious in well written code. For larger modules, the documentation should guide the reader to those submodules that contain the code of concern to him.
