Air Force Integrated Readiness Measurement System (AFIRMS). AFIRMS Management Plan.

Abstract

The purpose of the AFIRMS Management Plan is to identify the requirements for developing, coordinating, and executing the AFIRMS Evolutionary Implementation Plan (EIP) as well as the AFIRMS support plans. The objectives of the AFIRMS Management Plan are to: 1) Provide for centralized control and decentralized execution of AFIRMS development, implementation, and operation, 2) Specify the technical management tasks required for AFIRMS program development, 3) Assign responsibilities for accomplishing each of these tasks; 4) Focus program management activities on the preparation and execution of the AFIRMS EIP and related support plans; 5) Specify support plans required for the AFIRMS program; and 6) Assign responsibilities for management plan actions.
