Air Force Integrated Readiness Measurement System (AFIRMS). Wing Subsystem Specification (Tactical Fighter).

Abstract

The Subsystem Specification for the wing sites of the Air Force Integrated Readiness Measurement System (AFIRMS) is written to fulfill the following objectives: 1) To provide a detailed definition of the wing subsystem functions, 2) To communicate specification details of the subsystem functional requirements; and 3) To define, in detail, the interfaces with other systems and subsystems and the facilities to be utilized for accomplishing these interfaces. The subsystem specification also contains, as appendices, the specifications for each of the products required for subsystem implementation. This subsystem specification generally applies to tactical fighter wings, and only broadly relates to other types of wings. Requirements for various wing types are thoroughly specified during the in-depth analysis that precedes implementation at those wings.
