MOS Baseline Skills Data Base Handbook

Abstract

The critical tasks in the 94 highest-density MOSs were analyzed to determine the basic skills that are considered necessary to successfully perform them. The results of this analysis are described in a large computerized data base which is installed at the National Institutes of Health's computer facility. The data base is described in this research product, as well as the procedures required to access the data.
