Abstract

The System MANPRINT Management Plan (SMMP), as used by the Army, is described and defined in this procedural guide. The intent is to provide the reader sufficient information to develop and execute a SMMP. The SMMP is the cornerstone document used by the materiel acquisition community to identify and address Manpower and Personnel Integration (MANPRINT) issues and concerns throughout the Materiel Acquisition Process (MAP).
