Surveillance Report. Stage I. Dissected Motor/Propellant Motor Number 0012029.

Abstract

Testing was performed on First Stage Minuteman TP-H1011 propellant and case bond specimens from the dome end of motor S/N 0012029. This testing was performed to assure that deteriorations in motor physical and thermal properties could be detected in time to take corrective action before the system performance deteriorated below an acceptable level. From the analysis of the test results, the propellant and case bond properties have not deteriorated below an acceptable level at the present time and for two years beyond the oldest data point.
