Abstract

The Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC) has recently committed itself to a long-range corporate planning process. The purpose of this technical report is to describe this corporate planning process, to document those steps DTIC has taken to implement the corporate plans, and to present lessons learned for use in future planning endeavors.
