Abstract

ABSTRACT: This paper presents a clarification of the terminology, assumptions, and modeling issues associated with the Air Force Systems Command Rate Analysis Tool and Estimator (AFSC-RATE). The primary purpose of the paper is to dispel several myths that have appeared in subsequent evaluations of the model. (Author)
