Signal Processing Circuit Development.

Abstract

This final technical report covers the development of electronic circuitry for operation of an IRCCD Camera using a 39,040 Schottky diode detector focal plane. The focal plane is an interline transfer CCD having a 160 (horizontal) by 244 (vertical) pts; photo diode matrix. The camera system consists of a sensor head and a signal processing unit. Both packages are small enough to satisfy airline requirements for carry-on luggage.
