International Workshop on Neuroimmunomodulation (2nd) Held in Dubrovnik (Yugoslavia) on 1-6 June 1986.

Abstract

The presentations at this workshop emphasized the close interrelationships of the nervous and immune systems. There were 10 sessions: neuroendocrine correlates of neuroimmunomodulation; enkephalins endorphins: immunomodulators; neuroendocrine receptors in the immune system; natural mediators and pharmacology of neuroimmunomodulation; neurophysiological correlates of neuroimmunomodulation; stress and immunity; sleep and immune functions; behavior, associative learning, and memory; cancer, AIDS, and immunity; psychiatric and neurological disorders with immunological features.
